RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Eligible refunds or replacements will be processed after reviewing the request. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Products damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or customer handling may not qualify for refunds or replacements.

Wekify reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
